Alma Leger

Alma Leger of McGinley passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on August 27, 2017 at the age of 93.  Born on April 25, 1924 in Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late Aime and Julie (Babineau) Bourque. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Denise Leger (Leo-Paul) of St-Joseph, four sons, Maurice Leger of Moncton, Louis Leger of McGinley, Gilles Leger of Moncton and Henri-Paul Leger of McGinley, 2 grandchildren, Tania and Lisa, 1 great granddaughter, Hailey and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Antoine (1995), one daughter Gisele (2006), one son Jean-Guy (1982), and three sisters, Lina, Florence and Juliette

Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only.  Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 30, at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held in the Saint Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery. A special thank you to the palliative care unit at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont.
