Beatrice Leger

Beatrice Leger of Domaine de la Vallée, Memramcook passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at the age of 108. Born on April 12, 1909, in St-Joseph, she was the daughter of the late Aime and Sylvie (Boudreau) Boudreau. She worked at Creaghan's as a seamstress until her retirement. She will be sadly missed by her two sons, Leon-Guy (Doris) Leger of Dieppe and Louis-Philippe (Gerene) Leger of La Hêtriere, nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and nine great great grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Leo, one daughter Diane, one son Leopold, one grandson Michaël, five sisters, Anna, Agnes, Sarah, Marie and Eveline and one brother, Gesner.

There will be no visitation and a funeral mass will be held at the Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Saturday December 30 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
