Ida Cormier

Ida Cormier of Memramcook passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on Wednesday June 28, 2017 at the age of 90. Born in Bouctouche on March 16, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Fidele and Marianne (Cormier) Hebert. She will be sadly missed by her husband Alyre; four daughters, Maria (Graham) LeBlanc of Grand Barachois, Therese (Rene) Richard of Memramcook, Annette (Gilles) Melanson of Dieppe and Jeannine (late Jean-Guy) Dupuis of Memramcook; three sons, Yvon (Lise) Cormier of Memramcook, Normand (Kim) Cormier of Moncton and Robert Cormier of Memramcook; four sisters, Henriette (late Celestin) Pellerin of St-Marie de Kent, Bernice (late Oswald) LeBlanc of Shediac, Stella LeBlanc of Grand Barachois and Pauline (late Adrien) Bourque of Dieppe; four brothers, Lionel (Elizabeth) Hebert of Bouctouche, Ronald (Cecile) Hebert of Moncton, Normand (Doris) Hebert and Leo-Paul (Yvonne) Hebert of Shediac; six grandchildren, Renelle, Stephanie, Melanie, Yvonne, Deven and Ryan; five great grandchildren, Maxime, Aaron, Griffin, Verena and Zachary and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Marguerite and Marella and two brothers, Alderic and Edouard. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Friday June 30 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm only. A private funeral service will be held at later date. Interment will be held in the Saint Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery.
