Maurice Boudreau

Maurice Boudreau passed away on Sunday August 13, 2017 at the CHU Dr. George L. Dumont at the age of 81. Born on November 7, 1935 in Gayton N.B., he was the son of the late Camille and Doris (LeBlanc) Boudreau. He was a member of the Chevaliers de Colombe Lourdes (3rd degree). He got involved in the community especially coaching his kids in minor hockey and baseball. Prior to his retirement, Maurice was employed with the Federal government, Employment Insurance of Canada for 37 years.  After retirement he took up golfing a sport he never had time to do before.  He became an avid golfer. He really enjoyed golf especially the trips down south during the winter months. He will be sadly missed by his devoted wife Jeannette; the love of his life, four boys, Charles (Michelle) Boudreau of Winnipeg, Paul Boudreau of St-Joseph, Rodrigue (Annette) Boudreau of Dieppe and André (Tammy) Boudreau of Dieppe, one sister, Rachel (Emery) Hebert of Moncton, four brothers, Raymond (late Irene) of Dieppe, Leonard (Marie-Annette) of Dieppe, Eugene (Annette) of St-Joseph and Alfred (Linda) of Dieppe, his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jillian, Zacharie and Dania and by several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by one brother Roland. 
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Monday August 21, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only.  Funeral mass will be held at Saint-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Tuesday August 22, at 11:00 am.  Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
