Edgar Gaudet

Edgar Gaudet of Residence du Marais, Dieppe (formerly of St-Joseph) passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on Thursday April 11, 2024 at the age of 88. Born in St-Joseph on January 11, 1936, he was the son of the late Simeon and Laurianne (Landry) Gaudet. He worked as an electrician for CN for 35 years until his retirement. He will be sadly missed by his wife Andrea, one daughter, Joanne (Michel) Richard of Notre Dame, one son, Marc (Adele) Gaudet of Cap-Pelé, three grandchildren, Natasha, Alexi (Janic) and Jasmine, one sister, Betty (late Frank) Mclenna of Raynham, MA, one brother, George (Linda) Gaudet of Waltham, MA and by several nieces and nephews. Beside his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Geraldine and one brother, Eugene. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Sunday April 14 from 2 to 4 pm only. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday April 15 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
