Eddie LeBlanc Obituary

Eddie LeBlanc of La Hêtrière, Memramcook passed away at CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on March 18, 2018 at the age of 81. Born in La Hêtrière on April 22, 1936, he was the son of the late Frank and Osithe (Bourque) LeBlanc. He worked as a Carmen Helper for CN until his retirement and was a member of the Golden Age Club of Memramcook. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Florence, two daughters, Bernise (Clarence) Gaudet of Dieppe and Dianne Gautreau (Luc Richard) of St-Joseph, two sons, Roger (Diane) of Little Dover Rd and Arthur of Scoudouc, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one daughter-in-law, Francine, two sisters, Jeannita (Paul) Theriault of Moncton and Dorothy (Maurice) Theriault of La Hêtrière, one brother, Rudy (Georgeline) LeBlanc of College Bridge and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one son Eddie Jr, two sisters Dorothy and Hermance and by three brothers Edgar, Leonard and Donald. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Wednesday March 21 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Friday March 23 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
