Jeanne Breau

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear sister, Jeanne Breau (née Dupuis), at the Moncton Hospital on June 14, 2017 at the age of 67. Jeanne was the daughter of Lorraine Dupuis and the late Léo Dupuis of Memramcook East.

Jeanne is survived by her mother, Lorraine Dupuis (née Leger); brothers and sisters: Clara Bourgeois (late Antoine), Germaine Perron (Richard), Norbert (Eleanor), Odette LeBlanc (Robert), Dorine Goguen (Jean-Guy), Paul (Dianne), Claude (Christine), Charles (Linda), also by many nieces and nephews.

Jeanne was predeceased by her father Léo Dupuis (1981), brother Gérald (1986), Camille Gaudet (2007) and her dear husband, Paul Breau (2015).

Jeanne was a school teacher at Beauséjour, Champlain and Abbey-Landry schools for more than 30 years. She honored her profession with remarkable devotion towards her students. She was a member of SERFNB.

We would like to thank the staff of the oncology department, ward 4200, palliative care unit and the Extra-Mural staff for their compassion and exceptional care. To all the nurses and many doctors, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook, NB where visitations will be held on Sunday, June 18th from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm only. The funeral will be held at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, Memramcook East, on Monday, June 19th at 11am.

In memory of Jeanne, donations can be made to Fondation Mélissa Foundation Inc. or the Canadian Cancer Society.
