Julia Cormier (Leblanc-O'Donnell) passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital on July 27, 2018 at the age of 94. Born in Dorchester NB, she was the daughter of the late Sebastien and Mary-Angela LeBlanc. Julia was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her step-children Germaine (Carman) Burns of Fredericton, Carmelle (Ronald) Bourgeois of Toronto, Jeannine Dupuis of Moncton and Mariline (Camillien) LeBlanc of Dieppe and her daughter-in-law Denise LeBlanc of Grande Digue. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her only son Greg O'Donnell; her husband Henry Cormier; step-children Guy, Claude and Michel Cormier; her 9 brothers: Arthur, Eddie, Pat, Leroy, James, Allie, Delbert, Valmore and Sammy and her 3 sisters: Ann LeBlanc, Hilda Blakney and Hellen Coombs. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Wednesday August 1, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Thursday August 2, 2018 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
