Marcel Gaudet Obituary

Marcel Gaudet of Residence Bellevue (formerly of Memramcook) passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on Thursday January 25, 2018 at the age of 93. Born in La Hetriere on October 23, 1924, he was the son of the late Eugene and Elizabeth (Mills) Gaudet. He worked for CN in the freight shed and the main shop until his retirement. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Noëlla, one daughter, Sylvia (late Roland) Gaudet of Old Shediac Rd, two sons, Maurice (Suzanne) Gaudet of La Montain and Jean-Robert (Marie) Gaudet of Breau Creek, four granddaughters, Véronique, Isabelle, Madeleine and Annie and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister Jeannette and one brother Eugene. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Sunday January 28 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Monday January 29 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery
