Marguerite Leger Obituary

Marguerite Leger of Manoir Notre-Dame (Formerly of St-Joseph) passed away on Sunday February 24, 2019 at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont at the age of 98. Born in Memramcook-Est on March 9 1920, she was the daughter of the late Julien and Jeanne (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. She will be sadly missed by two daughters, Anne-Marie (late Paul) Richard of Moncton, Alice Leger of Lindsey, Ontario, five sons, Paul-Eugene (Linda) of Calgary, Donald (Corinne) of St-Joseph, Henri (Karen) and Lucien (Beverly) both of Sackville, and Julien of Moncton, two sisters, Zita (late Paul) LeBlanc of St-Joseph, Melina (late Alverie) LeBlanc of Moncton, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Paul-Eudore, eight sisters, Evangeline, Sophie, Dorilla, Dométhile, Osithe, Marie, Emma, and Bella, two brothers, Auguste and Georges. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Tuesday February 26 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at St-Thomas Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook on Wednesday February 27 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
