July 31st, at Centre hospitalier universitaire Dr-Georges-L-Dumont at the age of 92 passed away Rosalia (Aurèlia) Cormier. Formerly from Dover she resided in Dieppe at la Résidence Notre Dame du Sacré Coeur. Born November 26, 1925 in Cormier’s Cove she was the daughter of the Late Napoléon LeBlanc and the late Rosanne (Gautreau) LeBlanc. Hospitable and generous, she also enjoyed knitting and playing cards.
She leaves to mourn her spouse Herman (Armand) Cormier, her children Victor (Sylvain) and Franscine Anderson (Boyd), her grandchildren Michèle (Serge) and Eric (Jenny), her great-grandchildren: Olivier, Philippe, Christian and Dave, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Youngest and last member of her immediate family she was predeceased by five sisters: Marie Léger, Marguerite LeBlanc, Mélindée LeBlanc and Minnie Légère; and five brothers: Aurèle. Aldéric, Théophile, Denis and Raymond.
Relatives and friends will be welcome at the Dupuis Funeral Home in Memramcook Tuesday, August 7th from 2 pm to 4 pm. A funeral service will follow at 4 pm .
A private internment ceremony will be held at the cemetery of the parish of Notre-Dame-de-l’Annonciation in Pré d’en Haut.
