Aldéric R. LeBlanc of Memramcook passed away on May 26, 2021 at the CHU Dr Georges L. Dumont at the age of 72. Born in Memramcook on December 23, 1948, he was the son of the late Aldéric and Claudia (Robichaud) LeBlanc. He worked at Maritime Brake and Clutch, St-Georges Tires and as a Diesel Mechanic for Lounsbury Truck Division. He was forced to retire in 2001 because of Psoriasis Arthritis. This started a wood working hobby, in which he made different kinds of furniture pieces, vases and bowls with varieties of wood. He gave these unique pieces to numerous family members and friends. He was known for his sense of humour, his teasing nature and passion for his “Chev Truck” He is survived by his wife of 53 years Héléna, two daughters, Margot-Lyne (Raoul) Boudreau and Mélanie (Julien) St-Onge both of Memramcook, two precious grandchildren, Katia and Yanik, one brother, Camille (RoseAnna), sister-in-law, Stella and Bertille and by several nieces and nephews. Beside his parents, he was predeceased by his three brothers, Guy, Léonce and Henri. There will be no visitation or funeral. Interment will be held in the St-Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
