Fernand Gautreau

Fernand Gautreau of Moncton passed away on July 11, 2021 at the Moncton City Hospital at the age of 69. Born in Memramcook on September 17, 1951, he was the son of the late Herve and Domethilde (LeBlanc) Gautreau. He enjoyed the outdoors and nature, and he loved impersonating Santa Claus around Christmas time. He is survived by his ex-wife Murielle Robichaud, three daughters Charline Gautreau (Claude), Louise (Dave) Chartrand and Gisèle Gautreau, seven grandchildren Brandon, Joshua, Jordan, Brittany, Kyle, Kaleb and Kaylee, two great grandchildren Jackson and Aiden, two sisters Marie-Thérèse (late Eric) Hachey and Rose-Marie Gautreau, two brothers Raymond (Carmelle) and Victor (Diane) and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister Bernadette and by two brothers Eugene and Louis. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Thursday July 15 from 2 to 4 pm only. There will be a private funeral service held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Dupuis Funeral home, Memramcook.
