Obituary
Ida Marguerite Cormier, 93, of San Bernardino, California, passed away on January 9th, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Elzear & Edna Le Blanc (of Little Dover).
She was born on May 4th, 1929 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. She had worked at L’Assomption after graduating from High School. She moved to Waltham, Massachusetts with her husband, Edward J. Cormier in the 1950’s and they later moved to Pasadena, California, where she worked as a Librarian for the Los Angeles County school system. They moved to San Bernardino, California after retirement.
She is survived by a daughter, Francine Parker (Los Angeles, California), and a son, Paul Cormier(San Bernardino, California). She also has a sister, Angeline Angerstein (Quartzsite, Arizona). She also has many nieces and nephews in the US and Canada.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Cormier, and a son, Victor Cormier, and two brothers, Arthur and Henri. No funeral or graveside services are planned at this time. A celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
