Jeannita Bourque

Jeannita Bourque of Moncton passed away on May 8, 2021 at the CHU Dr Georges L. Dumont at the age of 87. Born in Memramcook on July 14, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Cécile (Richard) Dupuis. She was a member of the Dame d’Acadie of Dieppe. She is survived by her husband Paul, one daughter, Lisa Bourque (John Kennedy), three sons, Léon (Simonne Young), Luc and Pierre, eight grandchildren, Jean-Francois, Catherine, Mathieu, Geneviève, André, Marcel, Alexandre and Steffanie, two great grandchildren, one sister, Claudette (Emile) Robichaud and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one daughter, Murielle, six sisters, Doris, Thérèse, Annette, Rita, Marie and Hélène, nine brothers, Paul-Emile, Roger, Yvon, Gerald, Henry, Laurie, Antoine, Edouard and Alyre. There will be no visitation. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday May 12 at the St-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook.
