Johnny (à Edgar) LeBlanc of Villa Providence, Shediac, passed away on August 9, 2020 at the CHU Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont at the age of 94. Born in Memramcook-East on July 29, 1926, he was the son of the late Edgar and Eva (Dupuis) LeBlanc. He worked as a carpenter. He will be sadly missed by six daughters, Louise (Charles) Bourque of Leominster, MA, Marie (Hubert Boudreau) LeBlanc of Shediac, Sylvia (Alphee) LeBlanc of Belliveau-Village, Bernise (Mario) Savoie of Old Shediac Road, Angela (Joe) LeBlanc of Memramcook Lake and Jeannette (Maurice) LeBlanc of Moncton, eight sons, Edgar (Lucille) of St-Joseph, Joe (Bernadette) of Cocagne, Emery (Cheryl) of Alberta, Aldoria (Odette) of Dover, Donald (Susan) of St-Joseph, Roland (Louise) of Hillsborough, Alban (Michelle) of Berry Mills and Leon (Bridget) of La Hetriere, 35 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren 6 great great grandchildren, one sister, Emilie (late Zoel) Bourgeois of St-Joseph, and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Dorice in 2011, two sisters, Bernadette and Bella and four brothers, Jude, Valerie, Raymond and Abbey. There will be a private visitation and a private funeral. Interment will be held in the St-Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery.
