Leopold Leger

Leopold Leger of Shediac passed away on December 10, 2021 at his residence at the age of 82. Born in St-Antoine on October 27, 1939, he was the son of the late Hypolite and Marie (Cormier) Leger. He was a bodyman until his retirement. He will be sadly missed by his wife Jeannette, one daughter, Josette Leger of Moncton, one son, Paul Leger of Cormier’s Cove, one sister, Jeannine (late Paul-Emile) Cormier of Moncton, one brother, Noé (Corinne) Leger of Sudbury, ON, three grandchildren, Christine, Justin and Jason and by several nieces and nephews. Beside his parents, he was predeceased by four sisters, Madelaine, Anita, Alice and Rita and two brothers Gerard and Dominique Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Wednesday December 15 from 1 to 2 pm followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held in the St-Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery.
