Lorette Bénéteau of St-Anselme passed away on February 15, 2021 at the CHU Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont at the age of 103. Born in Moncton on February l4, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Fidèle and Elodia (Goguen) Bourque. She was proprietor/owner of King Street Confectionery for over 30 years. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and will never be forgotten. She was also a former member of the Notre-Dame-de-Grace parish in parkton. She will be sadly missed by her only daughter, Murielle Bénéteau (Claude LeBlanc) of St-Anselme, and two grandchildren Marc and Nicole, one sister Adrienne Perry (late Ken) and by several nieces and nephews. Beside her parents, she was predeceased by her step mother Régina (Allain) Bourque, her husband Marc in 1972, two sisters Ella and Rita and by one brother Armand. In keeping with Lorette’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private funeral mass will be held at a later date. Interment will be held in the Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In Lorette's memory, donation can be made to the charity of donor's choice. Arrangements are in care of Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook.
