Lorraine Gautreau

Lorraine Gautreau of Memramcook passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on July 31, 2018 at the age of 78. Born in Memramcook East on March 12, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Dora (Dupuis) LeBlanc. She worked as cook at the Foyer Saint Thomas until her retirement. She was a member of the club d’âge d’or de Pré-d’en-Haut, Société Culturelle and Société Monument LeFebvre. She will be sadly missed by three daughters, Odette (Edgar) LeBlanc, Gilberte (Leo-Paul) LeBlanc and Gisèle (Robert) LeBlanc of Memramcook East, four sons, Eugène (Murielle) Gautreau of Memramcook East, Marcel (Carole) Gautreau of Pré-d’en-Haut, Armand (Angèle) Gautreau of Duguayville and Marc Gautreau of Moncton, eleven grandchildren, Luc, Mathieu L, Nathalie, Kevin, Nadia, Nadine, Mathieu C. Eric, Monica, Norm and Véronique, four great grandchildren, Dominic, Magalie, Emma and Colby, two sisters, Catherine (late Ulysse) Richard of Grand Barachois and Joanne (late Alphée) Maillet of Westminster, MA, two brothers, Adrice (Gilberte ) LeBlanc and Hector (Linda) of Memramcook East, two sister-in-law, Antoinette and Alfreda, one brother-in-law, Oscar, her best friend, Thérèse Léger and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by Robert Gautreau, one sister, Marie-Blanche and three brothers, Charles-Edouard, Jacques and Alex. Visitations will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Thursday August 2, 2018 from 6 to 9 pm and Friday August 3, 2018 from 2 to 3:15 pm. Funeral mass will be held at Notre Dame de l’Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d’en-Haut on Friday August 3, 2018 at 4:00 pm. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
