Marguerite LeBlanc

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Marguerite LeBlanc of Residence du Marais in Dieppe at the age of 95 and 10 months on November 16, 2021. Born in Memramcook-East on February 23, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Annie (Melanson) Saulnier. Survived and sadly missed by her six children: Gilles (Ghislaine) of Shediac, Elta (Guy Ouellette) of Dieppe, Anne (Jean Bourgeois) of Grande-Digue, Jeffrey of Moncton, Jean-Marc of Memramcook-East and Lyne (Philip Martin) of Dieppe. Also her four grandchildren, Sébastien (Mélanie), Anick, Janelle (Mathieu), Danika; three great grandchildren, Cédric, Jasmine and Jessa. She also leaves behind two sisters, Corinne (late Leonard) Dupuis of Dieppe and Geneviève (late Aurèle) Bourgeois of Moncton and two brothers, Yvon(late Julia) Saulnier of Memramcook-East and Léo (Ena) Saulnier of St-Joseph. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur LeBlanc (1993) and two sisters, Loretta Boudreau and Dorilla Belliveau. Marguerite worked at Marven’s in her younger years and in later years at LeBlanc  Restaurant and Institut de Memramcook in St-Joseph. Due to the current pandemic situation, a private service for the immediate family only will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the professional care of Dupuis Funeral Home. If so desired, memorial donations can be made to the CHU Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont foundation or Fondation Melissa. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff of Residence du Marais for the care and compassion shown towards our mother. It was greatly appreciated.
