Obituary

Michel Cormier of Memramcook passed away at his residence on Tuesday June 13, 2023 at the age of 73. Born in Cormier’s Cove on November 13, 1949, he was the son of the late Alfred and Rita (LeBlanc) Cormier. He worked as a salesman until his retirement. He will be sadly missed by two sisters, Phyllis (late Frank) Cormier and Marise Cormier of Cormier’s Cove, three brothers, Guy (Jeanita) Cormier of Shediac, Leo Cormier (Holly) and Leon (Annette) Cormier of Dieppe, several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, including his grandnephew Riley Cormier whom he had a very special relationship with and thoroughly enjoyed watching him grow. Beside his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Patricia. To honor his wishes, there will no visitation or funeral. Interment will be held in the St-Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery.
