Rachel Gaudet Obituary

Rachel Gaudet of Dieppe passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont on August 29, 2018 at the age of 66. Born in College Bridge, she was the daughter of the late Hypolite and Zelma (Bourgeois) Cormier. Prior to her retirement, she worked with Bell Aliant for 25 years in Moncton. Rachel will be sadly missed by her daughter, Lissa Gaudet (Michael Kemp) of Nine Mile River, NS, two sisters, Gérène (Roland) Pottier of Lindsay, ON and Pauline Cormier of Memramcook, three brothers, Frank (Freda) Cormier of Memramcook, Alonzo (Barb) Cormier of Acton, ON and Gerry (Dolorèse) Cormier of Memramcook, a close family friend, Carm Bourgeois and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Stella LeBlanc, four brothers, Eugene, Oscar, Claude and Fernand and her husband Frank Gaudet. Visitations will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Monday September 3, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm only. There will be no funeral. Interment will be held in the Saint Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery. Her beautiful spirit will be missed by many friends and family.
