Ruth Lewis Obituary

Ruth Lewis of Taylor Village passed away on July 12, 2021 at the Moncton City Hospital at the age of 85. She was the eldest daughter of Elmer and Lavinia Lewis. Ruth did not conform with society and lived her life on her own terms. She had a special place in her heart for animals, listening to records and going to the movies. She had helped her family with the corner store they had in Dorchester and helped her dad with training race horses. She also worked at Pepsi Cola and Spencers. She is survived by a special friend Angela Bergeron, her sister Jean Pitre and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Leslie Lewis. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will be held in the Taylor Village Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Dupuis Funeral home, Memramcook.
