Yolande Belliveau of Manoir Notre Dame, Moncton passed away on December 11, 2020 at the Moncton Hospital at the age of 96. Born in St-Joseph on September 23, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elmire (Breau) Belliveau. During the late fifties, Yolande, her father and sister moved to Windsor Lock, CT USA where she worked for the Hallmark Greeting Card Co. till the time they moved back to Canada in the mid-seventies. She was the caregiver for her father and sister till their passing. A kind, compassionate person who thought of others before herself. Had a profound religious faith. She enjoyed family outings and dining out every weekend with her good friend Camilla Belliveau. She will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law, Yolande (late Fernando), special cousins, Carol-Ann and Bernice of Kitchener, ON, nephews, Guy, Conrad and Jean-Marc, niece, Denise and grand nieces, Natalie and Stephanie. She was predeceased by one sister Geralda and two brothers, Roger and Fernando. Funeral mass will be held at the St-Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church on Thursday December 17 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Dr Bertin Mallet, the staff of 4600 and the palliative care unit 3600 at the Moncton Hospital for the comfort and dedication given during these past weeks, it will never be forgotten, and also the staff of Manoir Notre Dame.
